Beginning... First notice that can be really
treated as a beginning or some cind of experiment with this discipline

Punch magazine. The article was showing man and woman that were trying
to gain control of a nondescript ball by use of double-blade paddles
and moving on double-hulled boats. “ The Graphic” was another London
publication. The ilustration in the magazine showed players on wooden
kayaks. Some of theme were paddling and others dueling with paddles to
gain the ball that was barley visable on the water.
